It also features a $1.3 million fund that allows touring companies, conference organisers and eligible attractions to receive payments between $5000 and $30,000, depending on their annual turnover. Businesses must have suffered a 30 per cent decline in revenue, compared to 2019, due to COVID-19 restrictions to be eligible. The support is in addition to $1000-a-week payments from the NT Government for eligible Greater Darwin and Katherine businesses impacted by last week’s lockdowns.
