Rich Data Co (RDC), a leader in AI decisioning for business and commercial lenders, has secured $9 million in new funding from Acorn Capital, a firm specializing in emerging companies. The funds will also bolster RDC’s position as a top AI decisioning platform provider in the global banking sector, supporting ongoing innovation. Acorn Capital’s investment follows an initial $28 million close in November, led by Westpac and global cloud banking leader nCino (NASDAQ: NCNO), bringing RDC’s total Series B funding to $37 million.

Graceview, a legal generative AI startup founded by lawyers and computer scientists, has secured $1.5 million in funding to support its international expansion. The investment round was led by Singapore-based entrepreneur Patrick Linton, with contributions from various tech founders and investors.
