Tragic Road Death In San Isidro

An 87-year-old man died yesterday after being run over by a car in San Isidro, Granadilla de Abona, in the south of Tenerife.

According to the emergency services, the accident took place at around 7.40pm and an ambulance crew could only confirm the man’s death at the scene.

The news comes after Trafico released figures showing a worrying increase in road fatalities over the weekend across Spain.
