The Canarian Government have launched an awareness campaign called ‘Reduce Accidents In The Work-place – A Job For Everyone ‘, which will run for the next two months.
Spokesperson for the Department of Employment Gloria Gutierrez explained that this initiative aims to “raise awareness in both employers and workers of the importance of the prevention of accidents in the workplace.”
Accidents numbers in the Canaries have fallen so far this year compared with the same period last by 14.53 percent.
