The Guardia Civil arrested three women at Tenerife’s south airport on Sunday, who were found to be carrying 794g of cocaine.
The three women, including a 16-year-old minor, are said to be foreigners, residing in Alicante, who arrived in Tenerife from the Spanish mainland.
The arrests took place in the airport’s arrivals lounge where suspicious police discovered the drugs hidden in the women’s suitcases among their clothes.
