Reports of an explosive device found between the Playa de Troya and Playa del Bobo beaches at Costa Adeje proved to be a false alarm .
Policía Local officers cleared the area in the interests of safety, after a diver reported finding something he thought was dangerous this morning.
However when TEDAX (Servicio de Desactivación de Explosivos y Defensa), – the Guardia Civil’s bomb disposal squad arrived to deal with the device they finally confirmed it was actually some rocks!
