The La Caixa bank which has allocated 100,000 euros towards the re-forestation of the territory affected by the fire in La Gomera, has launched a solidarity campaign to help improve the quality of life of those people affected by the fire donations can be made through this special account number:

The account was operational from today, Tuesday, and donations can be made through ATMs and branches of La Caixa in Spain.
La Caixa has already made earlier contributions to emergency situations such as the fires earlier this summer in Tenerife and La Palma.
