Diver Dies At Las Vistas Beach

July 18, 2012

A 50-year-old scuba diver died at Las Vistas Beach Los Cristianos this afternoon.

The man, who was a foreign national, was pulled from the water by the beach lifeguard around 1.30pm.

Neither the lifeguard nor emergency services personnel were able to resuscitate the man, who appears to have suffered a heart attack whilst diving.

There will be a coroner’s investigation.
