The local Lions Club in conjunction with the sport and tourism department of Santiago del Teide council are putting on a charity football tournament on the 27, 28 and 29 July to raise funds for the needy in the Municipality.
Santiago del Teide are fielding a team against an all-comers team of youngsters of between the ages of 13 and 17 years drawn from various hotels and tourist resorts in the area.
The tournament which is being held in the municipal football ground behind the Playa Arena hotel starts at 10am tomorrow (Friday) with 2 matches being held on Saturday starting at 11am and the final at 12pm on Sunday
