Spain’s Army Of Foreign Workers In Decline
The number of foreign workers making social security payments in Spain fell in October by more than 16,200.
The numbers have now fallen for three months in a row to stand at just over 1.89 million, down by 8 per cent on the same month last year.
Meanwhile, in the Canary Islands, the drop has been even more dramatic, falling by 12.7 per cent compared to October last year to stand at a little over 81,800, down by more than 12,000 in a year.
