Tenerife House Prices Continue To Slide
House prices in the Canary Islands fell by 7.8 per cent in October, compared to the same month last year and by 14.2 per cent since the heady days of December 2007, when prices reached their peak.
Despite October’s gloomy figures, the fall in house prices is showing signs of slowing, according to market experts.
