News From Live Arico
We would like to thank, and bid a fond farewell this week to Nicole, who has been a Live Arico committee member now for some time, and has also worked hard towards making the Live Arico shop a success. You will be missed Nicole, thank you so much for everything you have done.
WHALE WATCHING WITH LIVE ARICO
The next trip out on Eden Charter Sailing will be on Friday the 20th November at 15.30. The AWF will be on board with research guides, and all we ask is a minimum €15 donation per person. This will be on a first come first served basis, so please call Karen on the number below to organise your place.
THE 2010 LIVE ARICO CALENDARS
Will be ready next week!!!! We will be holding the launch party and benefit night at Bar 39, Los Cristianos, on Saturday November 14 from 8pm. There will be lots of guest cabarets and a raffle, and of course you can be amongst the first to own one of our fantastic calendars - the ideal Christmas gift - only €8, with a choice of Hot Hunks or Luscious Ladies - all pictured with our four legged friends of course!!!
Please don’t buy your 2010 calendar without taking a look at ours first - they are first class.
UPCOMING EVENTS
On Saturday the 21st we are holding a Walk on Water fun day, followed by a benefit night at the Olympus pool bar Garden City, San Eugenio. Pop yourself into a huge plastic ball and run across the pool!! Starting at 3pm by the pool, we have water balls, face painting, fun and games. There will be a junior disco from 6 - 7pm, followed by the benefit night itself, with free chilli, and entertainment from Suzy q, Charlie Karlsen and the Rod Stewart show. Tickets are available in advance at €5 (€6 on the day), from the bar itself or from Lorna (627 686830) or Ann (650 723853)
Live Arico Shop News
WE ARE SITUATED IN CORAL MAR SQUARE, COSTA DEL SILENCIO, ABOVE NETTO SUPERMARKET. Come along and bag your bargain!!!
Since the weather over here is beginning to change towards winter, the shop will be bringing all it’s stocks of woollies out of the storeroom. We have huge selection of jumpers and cardigans for all sizes and tastes.
The new shop opening times from the 9th November are :-
Monday - Friday 10am- 3pm
Saturday - 10am - 2pm.
We are happy and grateful to receive any donations of cat and dog food at the shop.
