Rod Stewart Coup For Tenerife
Rod Stewart is coming to perform in Tenerife next year.
According to the promoters, Live Sun Festival, the British rock legend is definitely booked to appear on May 16 next year, probably at the Adeje golf course where Elton John performed to a capacity crowd last year.
Jordi Splugas, from the Canary Islands Live Sun Festival declined to give more details of the concert, saying that there would be a press conference in the near future giving further details and confirming the date and ticket details.
Splugas said the concert was aimed at the tourist south and the public in general and said that the event was receiving a great deal of support and interest from those in the tourist sector.
The promoters said last year’s concert by Elton John had created a great deal of interest in Tenerife and done much to promote the island as a venue for major international artists.
